Certificate of Residency must be signed and notarized in Clerk's Office.
You must be a current resident of Clifton Park & have lived at the same address in the Town for at least one year in order for the Town Clerk to issue.
Proof required for Certificate of Residency:
Students that have moved within the past year must obtain certificate at the County Treasurer’s Office. Phone 885-5381 Ext. 4319.

DUCK HUNTING IS ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS AT THE VISCHER FERRY NATURE PRESERVE IN THE TOWN OF CLIFTON PARK FROM OCTOBER 16 - 22, 2021. HUNTERS MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PRESERVE IN THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF CLIFTON PARK CENTER AND VISCHER FERRY ROADS SHOWING HUNTER’S AND DRIVER’S LICENSES, DUCK STAMP AND CAR REGISTRATION. ANY QUESTIONS CALL THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE AT 518-371-6681 DURING BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and THURSDAYS TIL 7:00 PM.
It is located in the Clifton Park Town Hall on the corner of Vischer Ferry Road and Clifton Park Center Road.

NYS requires dogs to be licensed at four months. Dog licenses are issued at the Town Clerk’s Office at which time proof rabies vaccination and spaying or neutering is required Fee for spayed/neutered dog is $3.50, if not $11.50. Dog License Application
Current license and proof of rabies vaccination is required. Applicants from out of town need to bring current license from municipality and proof of rabies.
