You must be a current resident of Clifton Park & have lived at the same address in the Town for at least one year in order for the Town Clerk to issue.
Proof required for Certificate of Residency:
Students that have moved within the past year must obtain certificate at the County Treasurer’s Office. Phone 885-5381 Ext. 4319.

Students applying for a certificate after college classes start must apply at County Treasurer’s office.

The Town of Clifton Park is hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, August 8th for the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross is facing a critical blood shortage and is issuing an emergency call for eligible blood and platelet donors of all blood types to give now and help save lives. If you can donate call 518-371-6681 to schedule or visit www.redcrossblood.org and use sponsor code TOWNOFCLIFTONPARK. Walk ins are also welcome the day of the blood drive.
It is located in the Clifton Park Town Hall on the corner of Vischer Ferry Road and Clifton Park Center Road.
Couple needs to come in together
NYS requires dogs to be licensed at four months. Dog licenses are issued at the Town Clerk’s Office at which time proof rabies vaccination and spaying or neutering is required Fee for spayed/neutered dog is $3.50, if not $11.50.
Current license and proof of rabies vaccination is required. Applicants from out of town need to bring current license from municipality and proof of rabies.
